一件工作服的定做應(yīng)該注意哪些事項(xiàng)？

一、工作服布料進(jìn)廠檢驗(yàn)
1、 Incoming inspection of work clothes and fabrics
工作服布料進(jìn)廠后要進(jìn)行數(shù)量清點(diǎn)以及外觀和內(nèi)在質(zhì)量的檢驗(yàn)，只有符合服裝廠生產(chǎn)要求的才能投入生產(chǎn)。好的質(zhì)量是控制成品醉重要的一環(huán)，通過對廠商布料的檢驗(yàn)，測定有效的提高服飾的正品率，布料檢驗(yàn)包括粘合襯粘合牢度，拉鏈順滑程度，松緊帶縮水率等等，對不符合要求的布料退掉或不予生產(chǎn)使用。

二、工作服生產(chǎn)技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備

在工作服批量生產(chǎn)前，技術(shù)人員要做好生產(chǎn)前的技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備工作。技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備包括工藝單、樣板的制定和樣衣的制作三個內(nèi)容。工藝單是服裝加工中的指導(dǎo)性文件，它對服裝的縫制、規(guī)格、包裝、整燙等都提出了詳細(xì)的要求，對服裝輔料搭配、縫跡密度等細(xì)節(jié)問題也加以明確，服裝加工中的各道工序都應(yīng)嚴(yán)格參照工藝單的要求進(jìn)行，樣板制作要求尺寸準(zhǔn)確，規(guī)格齊全。
Before mass production of work clothes, technicians shall make technical preparations before production. Technical preparation includes process sheet, model formulation and sample garment production. The process sheet is a guiding document in garment processing. It puts forward detailed requirements for garment sewing, specifications, packaging and ironing, and also defines the details of garment accessories matching and stitch density. 相關(guān)部位輪廓線準(zhǔn)確吻合。樣板上應(yīng)標(biāo)明服裝款號、部位、規(guī)格及質(zhì)量要求，并在有關(guān)拼接處加蓋樣板復(fù)合章。在完成工藝單和樣板制定工作后，可進(jìn)行小批量樣衣的生產(chǎn)。
The contour lines of relevant parts shall be consistent accurately. The clothing model number, position, specification and quality requirements shall be indicated on the sample, and the composite seal of the sample shall be stamped at the relevant splicing. After completing the formulation of process sheet and sample, the production of small batch sample clothes can be carried out.
針對客戶和工藝的要求及時修正不符合點(diǎn)，并對工藝難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行攻關(guān)，以便大批量流水作業(yè)順利進(jìn)行。工作服樣衣經(jīng)過客戶確認(rèn)簽字后成為重要的檢驗(yàn)依據(jù)之一。
According to the requirements of customers and process, the non-conforming points shall be corrected in time, and the process difficulties shall be tackled, so that the mass flow operation can be carried out smoothly. The sample of work clothes becomes one of the important inspection basis after being confirmed and signed by the customer.
三、裁剪
3、 Cutting
技術(shù)人員對工作服裁剪前，要先根據(jù)樣板繪制出排料圖，"合理、完整、節(jié)約"是排料的基本原則。

四、工作服縫制

縫制是服裝加工的工序，服裝的縫制根據(jù)工作服款式、工作服廠家工藝風(fēng)格等可分為機(jī)器縫制和手工縫制兩種。在縫制加工過程實(shí)行流水作業(yè)。
Sewing is the central process of garment processing. Garment sewing can be divided into machine sewing and manual sewing according to the style of work clothes and the process style of work clothes manufacturers. Flow operation shall be implemented in the sewing process.
五、工作服鎖眼釘扣

服裝中的鎖眼和釘扣通常由機(jī)器加工而成，扣眼根據(jù)其形狀分為平型和眼型孔兩種，俗稱睡孔和鴿眼孔。睡孔多用于襯衣、裙子、褲等薄型衣料的產(chǎn)品上。鴿眼孔多用于上衣、西裝等厚型面料的外衣上。
Buttonholes and buttons in clothing are usually machined. Buttonholes are divided into flat holes and eye holes according to their shape, commonly known as sleeping holes and pigeon holes. Sleeping holes are mostly used in shirts, skirts, trousers and other thin clothing products. Pigeon eyes are mostly used in coats with thick fabrics such as tops and suits.
六、工作服整燙
6、 Work clothes ironing
服裝通過整燙使其外觀平整、尺寸準(zhǔn)足。熨燙時在衣內(nèi)套入襯板使產(chǎn)品保持一定的形狀和規(guī)格，襯板的尺寸比成衣所要求的略大些，以防回縮后規(guī)格過小，熨燙的溫度一般控制在180℃~200℃之間較為，不易燙黃、焦化。
Clothing is ironed to make its appearance flat and size accurate. When ironing, the lining plate is sleeved in the clothes to keep the product in a certain shape and specification. The size of the lining plate is slightly larger than that required by the ready-made clothes, so as to prevent the specification from being too small after retraction. The ironing temperature is generally controlled between 180 ℃ ~ 200 ℃, which is relatively safe and not easy to iron yellow and coking.
