目前為止，國內為通行的對職業裝的分類方法是，將職業裝分為四大類，職業時裝、職業制服、職業工裝、職業防護服。職業裝是指從業人員工作時穿著的一種能標明其職業特征的專用服裝。其具有實用性、標識性、藝術性、防護性、科學性、觀賞性等特點。
